Refund policy

At nexvora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with German consumer law (Widerrufsrecht). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at marymcmahon3025@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items returned after the 14-day return window
Downloadable or digital products
Perishable goods

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
